Product Description
Disc grinders grind samples by generating pressure and friction between a rotating disc and a fixed disc. The progressive tooth design of the grinding disc enables the sample to be pre-crushed in the middle of the disc and then finely crushed on the outer edge of the disc. The unique grinding disc design ensures that hard samples can be effectively crushed. After grinding, the sample falls into the sample receiving container through the gap of the grinding disc for subsequent use.
For special conditions such as crushing of minerals with a Mohs hardness greater than 6, a grinding disc assembly made of tungsten carbide (WC) can be selected.
Crafted with high-quality tungsten carbide, these grinding disks are extremely durable and long-lasting. Tungsten carbide is known for its exceptional hardness and resistance to wear, making it ideal for grinding tough and abrasive materials.
