Tungsten carbide roller mill jar is one of the highest density grinding tools for milling and crushing applications. High hardness and strengthness can meet the application of crushing and refining for most majority of metal powder, especially those hard and super hard metal powder.
When mill works, the grinding media and the materials inside the tank are rotated to a certain height. Due to the gravity, they fall down from the tube wall. Materials are crushed by impact action of the grinding media, friction and shearing action of grinding media's rolling and sliding. The jar tank is optimally rotated by the rubber roller, which can make the media balls form a pouring motion to disperse the material and obtain the best grinding effect. The volume of jar can be large or small, it accepts non-standard customization.
