The Rotor is the most important part of the agitator type of bead mill or sand mill. Tungsten carbide rotors own excellent performance in wear-resistance and resistance to acid and alkali. Its high hardness can meet the most majority of powder grinding and refining. 

Usually, there are three different designs of the rotors
     
     1) Pin type rotors 

      2) Hammer type rotors

     3) Disks type rotors

 

We can know the rotors working principle from general construction of detailed photos, meanwhile the working principle required the related parts like , , , and grinding tank/chamber with high wear resistance in order to guarantee the good performance of the bead mill, sand mill and other grinding machines.

      1) An agitator shaft with grinding disk, pins or hammers is mounted with a horizontally arranged grinding tank.

      2)The grinding media in the grinding tank is activated by the grinding disk, pins or hammers.

      3) The product flows axially from the inlet through the grinding chamber and is ground by the shearing and impact forces of

      the grinding media.

We can arrange the shipment within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your payment for any sintered blanks stocked items. As for the mass production order or the customized products, we will need 10-30 days production leadtime and indicate the delivery time on the Proforma lnvoice.

 

2. Can l get a sample from you for Quality checking? Is it free of charge or need pay ?

Yes, we can offer the sample for free of charge with freight collected if we have in stock.

If the sample is special or non-standard shaped, we will charge you only the basic production costs accordingly.

 

3. What's grade should I choose for the product?

If you have no idea about the grade, please kind to provide the information of the usage of the product, our technical team will suggest the most suitable grade for you.
