The Static-dynamic Separator Rings are installed in the outlet system of bead mill which included a outer ring and a inner ring as a set. The characteristics of tungsten carbide of high thermal conductivity values and low coefficients of thermal expansion promote the efficient removal of heat and provide dimensional stability at higher operating temperatures.

They are been used to separate the grinding media from the grinding products. Usually the inner diameter of outer ring is designed as a chamfer or a sharp edge.

The normal size

(1) for 5-30L bead mill is (OD 100 x ID 90 x T 10mm /OD 120 x 100.8 x 4mm).

(2) for 50- 60L bead mill is (OD 115 x ID 105 x 10mm /OD 138 x ID 115.8 x 4mm).

We can arrange the shipment within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your payment for any sintered blanks stocked items. As for the mass production order or the customized products, we will need 10-30 days production leadtime and indicate the delivery time on the Proforma lnvoice.

Yes, we can offer the sample for free of charge with freight collected if we have in stock.

If the sample is special or non-standard shaped, we will charge you only the basic production costs accordingly.
