The SNMG120408-MF3 carbide CNC insert is designed for high-precision metal cutting. Its dedicated MF3 chip breaker ensures smooth chip removal and stable cutting forces, resulting in a smoother machined surface and effectively improving tool life and machining efficiency.
The insert adopts a standardized SNMG structure, compatible with various mainstream brand tool holders, and can directly replace original equipment manufacturer (OEM) tools, facilitating rapid application in turning centers and automated production lines.
