The wear-resistant part of the tungsten carbide grinding jar is made of cemented carbide, produced by powder metallurgy using tungsten carbide as the hard phase and cobalt as the binder.Higher hard-phase purity and finer grain size provide higher hardness but increased brittleness, while higher binder content improves toughness but may reduce hardness.
Our grinding jars are made from virgin YG15 material with an optimized composition, offering high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good toughness for efficient grinding.During use, avoid impact or dropping. Distribute materials evenly inside the jar and avoid running the machine without load to reduce wear.
